Prime Foods Distribution LLC is committed to reliable, straightforward fulfillment for all approved B2B accounts. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and online store.
All orders fulfilled by Prime Foods Distribution LLC are shipped free of charge to approved business accounts. There are no minimum order requirements for free shipping.
Section 1 — Free Shipping
Prime Foods Distribution LLC offers free shipping on all orders to approved B2B accounts. This applies to:
• All standard wholesale orders placed through our online store.
• All approved business account tiers, including Net 30 and Net 60 accounts.
• All eligible shipping destinations within our service area.
There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or minimum order thresholds associated with shipping. The price you see for your products is the price you pay — shipping is on us.
Section 2 — Order Fulfillment
2.1 Fulfilled By. All orders are picked, packed, and shipped directly by Prime Foods Distribution LLC from our facility located at:

2.2 Processing Time. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and order volume. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2.3 Order Confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Section 3 — Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes vary based on destination and carrier routing. Standard delivery estimates from our Tampa, FL facility are:
• Florida: 1–2 business days
• Southeast US (GA, AL, SC, MS): 2–3 business days
• Continental US: 3–7 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Prime Foods Distribution LLC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.
Section 4 — Carriers & Tracking
4.1 Carrier Selection. Prime Foods Distribution LLC selects the appropriate carrier for each shipment based on order size, destination, and product type. Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, or regional freight carriers for larger orders.
4.2 Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
4.3 Large Orders & Freight. Orders of significant volume or weight may be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. For freight shipments, our team will coordinate delivery details with you directly prior to shipment.
Section 5 — Risk of Loss & Receiving
5.1 Transfer of Risk. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier at our facility. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Prime Foods Distribution LLC is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays that occur in transit.
5.2 Receiving Inspection. It is your responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Before signing a delivery receipt, please verify:
• The number of packages matches the shipment documentation.
• Packaging is intact with no visible signs of damage.
• Products are in acceptable condition.
Any visible damage or discrepancies must be noted on the delivery documentation at the time of delivery and reported to Prime Foods Distribution LLC within 48 hours at primefoodsdistribute@gmail.com. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to file a carrier claim.
Section 6 — Shipping Restrictions & Service Area
6.1 Service Area. We currently ship to approved business addresses within the continental United States. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, and international addresses are not available at this time unless otherwise arranged in writing with our team.
6.2 Address Accuracy. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address at the time of order. Prime Foods Distribution LLC is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipment costs due to address errors may be charged to your account.
6.3 Restricted Products. Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, temperature requirements, or regulatory requirements. Our team will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Section 7 — Shipping Issues & Claims
If you experience any of the following, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled or actual delivery date:
• Order not received within the estimated delivery window.
• Order received with damaged or missing items.
• Incorrect items received.
To file a claim, email primefoodsdistribute@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of any damage or incorrect items. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution through the carrier's claims process.
